At Australian Ladies in Business Initiative or ALIBI as we fondly call it, we firmly believe in celebrating the hard work and achievements of all ladies in business across Australia. We are passionate about empowering and uplifting women entrepreneurs, regardless of their experience level, location or business size.

Open to All: Our awards are open to all ladies in business, including new business owners, side hustlers and experienced entrepreneurs. It doesn’t matter where you are located in Australia, we value and recognise your contribution to the business world. You do need to be a member of our online Facebook Group and have an ABN.
Diverse Categories: We have 24 categories that cater to a wide range of businesses, giving everyone the chance to showcase their talents and achievements. We encourage you to take a look at the categories, read the requirements, and give it a go, even if you’re not feeling confident.
